Short and sweet

My husband and I wanted a quiet little getaway and this was the perfect spot! Close to town and marina but nestled in a quiet area. Best of both worlds. We loved our stay

Nice Little Cottage

We enjoyed our stay in Green Lake. We loved fishing from the pier, listening to frogs, watching the sunset and looking at the stars. Quiet simple place that had all we needed.

Great Place To Stay on Green Lake

Clean, fresh and very accurate to AD pics. Owner, Mary, called when check-in was ready, helped with needing power at the boat dock. Perfect place with a dock on the water if you are there for the Lake.

Great Stay!

Everything about this place is great! Mary was super helpful and sweet and fun, her attention to detail is amazing, location is perfect. For couples and small families, I highly recommend this spot if you plan to be in Green Lake. If we make our way back would definitely stay again.

Green Lake weather was perfect place is lovely open airy private yeah open no foot traffic no drivers quiet cool lovely all the other water in the front all amenities are green couldn’t of been happier unless I live there year-round

Clean, cozy, comfortable, convenient!

We were looking for a nice little space to stay while in Green Lake for a boat reunion. This rental ended up being absolutely perfect! A private dock for our boat, steps away from shops and restaurants (yet, situated on a quiet street) and a small, converted garage that was larger than we expected, clean and cute— we found the perfect place for us! Mary was great and so is her place.

Fantastic lake place!

I recently stayed at a charming lake house in Green Lake, WI, with my 14-year-old son while we attended the EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh. Our experience was fantastic! Working with Mary, the host, was a pleasure—she was incredibly helpful and responsive. The house itself was adorable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the peaceful location and the beautiful lake views. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

Totally enjoyed my stay at "the lily pad". Everything was just as described! I had the pleasure of meeting Mary. She's wonderful and made sure everything was to my liking. Nice little town and the people were very kind. Goose blind has great food and great people! I will certainly try my best to be back again next year!!

Quick getaway.

Great little place for a getaway for a small town vibe with great golf and small town experience. Property is as described. Very well decorated and gives a small cottage feel that is very comfortable. Easy check in. Relaxing atmosphere. The town is very walkable and has good food options. People in town come from all over for vacation. Lots of Illinois folks. The people that work and live in green lake full time are very friendly.

Cozy and Comfy in Green Lake

My wife and I loved this converted garage space. It's a one bedroom with a small kitchen, but the layout makes it feel bigger. We usually go for 2 BR places, but had no issues with room spending a week here. All appliances are in great condition and the convenience of the location is unbeatable. We chatted briefly with the property manager and her assistant and both could not have been friendlier. A fantastic stay!

The Lily Pad

Adorable place! Walking distance to downtown. Neighborhood was quiet. We had everything that we needed. Storm came thru in the evening while we were there. So the power went out. I would recommend having flashlights or candles for guest. I would also recommend weights on outside curtains so they dont blow around or having some in the inside.

Very nice little place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was spotless and so much of the interior was new and tastefully designed. Perfect for two! Downtown was easily within walking distance. A nice patio out front. The garage doors with windows kept the space bright and cheery. The owner was extremely responsive when we had a small problem, and sent her handyman over immediately to fix it. The only negative was it was over 90 degrees the day we arrived, and the space had been shut down, and the air conditioner had a hard time catching up. Otherwise a lovely stay!

Cute little place close to town

This is a beautifully remodeled garage. The bedroom is not fully a "room," but is separated from the living area by one wall and open on one wall, so not private, which I did not expect from the listing. We made it work with five adults; it would be better for a couple or a couple with a couple kids. The kitchen was great, very functional and nice. The dock was fine; we did not realize from the listing that it is a short walk away. It wasn't super easy to launch a kayak from the rocks/mud (but I made it work) and isn't a great place to swim. But if you just looking for a cute, comfortable, reasonably priced place to stay super close to activities in town, I think this is a great choice and a good value. I would rent it again under those circumstances. The owner/host was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating and responsive.
