“We had an excellent experience with this host and this property. It’s in the perfect location in Johnson City to be quiet at night (minimal train noise) but within walking distance to all of the downtown restaurants/breweries. The rental was well equipped and extremely clean. I really enjoyed the character within the home, in addition to the welcoming decor. As a property manager for almost 10 years, the responsiveness and communication was my favorite part. We alerted them of a potential need...

“This is an immaculate small house that also has a big deck and lawn which looks out over a beautiful trout stream. Unfortunately I did not bring my fly rod with me because I didn’t read the listing carefully. The trout were rising all around! I was more focused on the location in the tri city area. The place is clean, well appointed and the owners live right next door. I highly recommend it. The photo is from the stream bank. ”

Many rentals up here do not have A/C, but due to the unusually high humidity this weekend, we were definitely glad this one did. Simply loved everything about this rental.
