The only negative was it was under going updates and the windows had no blinds so no sleeping in cause the sun was out at 5:30am. I’m sure once all the work is done it will be great for the next guest. I will also warn you the apartment beneath is not insulated for sound so if you get a noisy neighbor that won’t be fun. Fire pit, hot tub, grill, some disc golf baskets, it really was what we needed for a weekend away mtn biking with the guys. “Even though we only stayed for one night as it was a stop over stay on our way to Acadia, this house was perfect. We were with our kids and grandkids, and I can’t tell you how many times so we commented that this would be a great house to spend more time in. The house had everything we needed, and was close to the restaurants and shopping that we needed for the evening. I would, without reservation, recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a fabulous house in which to spend some time.”
