âThe hotel itself is acceptable. You can hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms however. The staff at the reception were a big disappointment as they were not helpful at all.
Some other big negatives were the use of facial recognition cameras to get access to the elevators and get into the hotel from the garage. âThis lovely property offers numerous amenities and features an exceptional staff. When my original flight from New York was canceled, my host Ryan promptly adjusted my accommodation. The aromatherapy was a wonderful added touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.â
