“My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed the property. The screened porch was so amazing and the view was oustanding. We could walk over when people were feeding the turtles and rays easily. The directions to find the house were not great and the wifi was spotty. Those were the only things we would improve. Lovely spot!”

“First time traveler to Guana Cay and everything was perfect! The owner was great communicating the location and assisting me in retaining a cab driver in Marsh. Location of this home is walking distance to everything you may need, bars, restaurants, shops, public dock, etc. I did not rent a golf cart but if you want to explore more of the island, I'd suggest calling ahead to reserve. (Guana Dive located near the home rents golf carts.) Overall, the place was perfect and would highly recommend...

“This house was exactly as advertised and it was wonderful. We chose the spot so we could have a boat slip for my family's 40 cruiser. Worked perfectly. Very quite spot. Great beaches all around. Manager was attentive.”

“1st off we were switched to another condo without being told. I contacted them a day ahead & had no response. Upon arrival we couldn't get in. Finally a text came saying welcome..were in #24 now. They claimed they told me. Door was hard to open & close. Sliding door is very difficult to open. There isn't a handle outside either making it even more impossible when you're outside. Inside handle was broken too. Also the screws for shutters are left in the wall causing my guest visiting to cut...

“This was our third time to the Abacos. This house was absolutely beautiful. We didn’t want to leave. The view was incredible as was the accommodations. We loved the open floor plan. Communication with the owners was perfect. The caretakers had to reach out to us to make sure everything was good because we didn’t need anything! We love Green Turtle because it’s so peaceful and quiet. This house was like no other we’ve stayed in down there and we definitely want to go back! I would like to keep...
