“The property was nice and clean. The pool area is beautiful. The issue is what kind of other tenants are staying. The tenants above us must’ve been up 24 hours a day wearing concrete shoes constantly stomping. When they were not stomping they consumed herbs ..like a lot. Day, night, by the pool. Constantly . I could’ve called the cops but I assumed they wouldn’t do anything because anywhere I went in riviera beach ppl consumed this herb like cigarettes. Seas the day is nice. The ppl around? ...

“A little gem tucked away on Singer island. Great for a weekend get away. Close to some fun restaurants and bars. Close to the beach. ”

“Four adults stayed at the villa for two weeks in February. Villa was clean, very functional, no frills but it had what we needed. Owner Laura was quick to respond to our need of 2 beach towels. The refrigerator door needs to be switched so that it doesn’t open into the room- it makes it hard to access from the room.
