“Very impressed with this contemporary VRBO! Spacious, clean, well equipped, comfortable and in a quiet location embedded in an upscale neighborhood (no traffic) and within 8-10 minutes to great restaurants and parks for walking. Beds and linens were very comfortable. The Halo Staff were customer oriented and friendly, however we found the Halo app/website difficult to use their guest portal. Our stay was great despite that. ”

“This little cabin is a soothing oasis that feels so very welcoming. The home takes full advantage of surrounding tranquil views. Cabin is super clean and very well maintained, not so much as a cobweb anywhere. My dog loved the fenced in yard. We did not need the tie out line I brought and Lucas had thoughtfully provided one as well (smaller or more ambitious dogs may try to venture thru the back but the rest is fenced). Provided well-seasoned firewood made a beautiful bonfire under the stars....

“This home the best stocked VRBO rental we have been at. Very clean and comfortable. The scenery was beautiful. You are only just over 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville yet when you are staying here you think you are in the middle of the smokies.”

“Horrible, only reason one star is that was the lowest. Upon arrival there was a broken fan or some type of metal trash in the drive way, the entrance door blonds were broken. Upon entering we noticed the chairs were heavily soiled, the master bed tv screen was broken. The extra linens were laying on the floor. It was definitely not up to standards. It was disgusting and we left and asked for a refund. The host asked for photos which I provided and she has now ghosted me. We ended up staying at...

“It was a great place to stay. Host has thought of everything that you will need. Very clean and tidy. Nice accoutrements. Very detailed decorations that complement the idea of having a cozy, couple-centered suite!Just lovely!”

“We had a wonderful stay. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. Everything is brand new and high quality. From the Nespresso machine to the towel warmer, our host thought of everything. This apartment is the lower level walkout of a single-family home. There is a separate driveway and entrance for the apartment. The electronic lock made check in super easy. “We didn’t spend much time at the house, however it had everything we needed for our stay. We loved that there was plenty of parking available for us to haul our motorcycles down. We had 3 vehicles with trailers, and had no issues with parking. We came down from Indiana to ride in the mountains. I would say my favorite part of our stay was after riding all day, we were able to relax in the hot tub. ”
