âRoom stunk of cleaning materials. Never received 6:30am wake up call. Bar TV did not have cable for college football. When I arrived, numerous people smoking weed in large patio in back of hotel. Location was great. Parking was fine. I was alone so no problem. I would not recommend for families â

âI requested a room free of cigarettes and pets, as my daughter is allergic to cat and dog hair and also has asthma. I truly appreciated the great effort the hotel made â the room was not only spotless but also smelled fresh, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! Without a doubt, I will return.â

âI really enjoyed staying at this property! The house is close to Brown and very convenient for visiting campus. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance and the neighborhood is nice. The unit is large with comfortable beds and is stocked with basics like coffee, tea and toiletries. This historic home is very clean and charming and affords privacy even in shared spaces. â
âThe rooms aren't bad, they're spacious, The bedding is very comfortable, the bathrooms are updated, and its very clean. They do need to update the rooms with new furnishings. They have a nice restaurant inside the hotel and the food is great! I do recommend staying here. Its affordable. The Nada Lada Ramada. â
âMy room was pretty bad it smelt like an old locker room and it looked like it hasnât been updated in years, also had issues with the keys. The women at the front desk was excellent and I felt bad for her because there so many issues with a lot of peopleâs room. The room next to us had no tv or phone because they ask us if we had them. Another guy told me his air conditioner was broke and he knew that because the cover wasnât even on it. Probably wonât stay at this location again â
âBed and sheets were amazing. Loved the heated toilet seat and shower & that all amenities were provided and plentiful⊠shampoo lotion. Nespresso machine and water was a nice touch as well. Highly recommend the hotel restaurant, Bellini. One of the best meals and service weâve had. The staff was very friendly. Grazie! â
