“The location is great with walk way along the river and it is closer to most shops for those that fancy home made food. Lots of parking space and it is secure. Notwithstanding, the Wifi was rubbish. Perhaps this was just something unusual because I told the staff, that I could not use the wifi due to low strength and constant disconnection.”

“My reservation, paid in advance, at Argyll guest house for 22-26 June 2022 clearly said breakfast included. When checking in they didn't respect this but wanted us to pay for breakfast. I showed the staff at reception my reservation, discussed it at three occasions during the stay but the reception staff always said that only the manager could handle this, a manager who was not available and didn't answer the phone. In the end they charged my credit card 136 GBP for breakfasts.”

Spiral staircase was unique and fun in general but slightly tricky when maneuvering up or down with luggage. Thank you for giving us a comfortable place to lay our heads during our journey!”

Gorgeous crisp white high quality bed linen, excellent bathroom /shower/ fluffy white towels, very comfy bed. Every single fixture & fitting is the highest standard. Dinner was extremely good & all the staff were superb. ”
