✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 6 vehicles in the driveway.
✹ Wi-Fi/INTERNET: We offer free, high-speed internet on the property.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack & Play and high chair.
✹ PETS: Up to two dogs are permitted with a $150 pet fee. Each dog must weigh less than 30 lbs.
✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT: Please note that we do require signature of our rental agreement/liability waiver within 48 hours after booking.
✹ ID VERIFICATION: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
✹ CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel the booking and are entitled to a refund, the refund will be reduced by 4% as we have to pay the credit card processing fees regardless.
We have five (5) actively recording outdoor cameras that records video and audio. One is located at the doorway entry and the other four are pointed at different areas on the front and side of home. No cameras are pointed towards the backyard where people congregate.
