“The property was very nice and charming. The hosts gave plenty of touches to make it feel like home, and super comfortable. They also provided different forms of entertainment, such as books, games, and roku on each television. The check in was easy, and the host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but still close to everything we needed. Overall, a great stay!”

“This was the first time i used VRBO. Typically, when we travel we stay in a hotel, which can be pricey for a family of five. I didn't know what to expect, but when i tell u i am never going back to hotel stays ever!....I mean it. The house was clean all the way throughout, the check in was simple and Renee and Jeremy the property owners have their stuff together. Would def rent from them again.”

“Was in town for gymnastics competition in Greensboro. Street is a little busy but not too noisy. Walmart and other convenience stores nearby along with good restaurants for dining. Would def stay at this house again. ”

“Stayed here for a conference. House was great. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely use again. ”

“We stayed here for an event in Greenboro with our three kids and it worked out perfectly. The only thing is that the fourth bedroom is on the other side of the doors with the deadbolts, so we had our daughters share a bed in the main part. Two of the bedrooms had King mattresses so this wasn't a hardship. The owner is super responsive, and the house had everything we needed. The neighborhood feels safe and is conveniently located to everything. We will stay here again if we go back to...

“First off, this house is a wonderful new house, in a great location if you want to be very close to High Point University, and have all the amenities of a really nice, new place. We loved how nicely it's decorated and we really loved all the nice touches, like the kitchen cookware, utensils, appliances. We actually went online and purchased one of the items we used here. The bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are also very nice. We loved the master bedroom, bathroom, and closet. I even set up...

“Great property. We were in town for a swim meet at GAC and needed a very quiet location where the kids could sleep and recover between sessions. This was perfect. The 6 bedrooms gave us space for our group and flexibility to make meals and do laundry. We were 12 minutes from GAC and 15 minutes from the airport. House was as advertised and pictures accurate. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again. ”

“Good location, close to good dining .House had lots of different seating areas with views, but an Ikea showroom, uncomfortable. Beds and shower were good. Kitchen ware fair. Not bad for the price.”

“We needed a short stay while our house was being built and this home was very comfortable and located close to everything. We didn’t even realize there were neighbors because the house is surrounded by trees in a quiet neighborhood. John was quick to reply with our questions. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this modern charm. ”

“Clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood, responsive hosts. What more could you ask for?This was the perfect house to host our annual leadership retreat. Each of our small team had his own bed and bathroom, which was nice at the end of the day, but we also had our choice of neat places inside and outside the house for group workshops.We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location if you need group accommodations. ”

“We were visiting family and this property was super clean and in a quiet neighborhood, dead end. Some people complained about the highway noise behind the house, however, we didn’t find it bothersome.”
