“Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore Hunt Valley was extremely disappointing. The first room we were assigned had a strong musty, dirty smell. We were moved to a second room, which was better, but the AC compressor was unbelievably loud — it sounded like an airplane taking off. On top of that, every night the parking lot was crowded with pickup trucks, and there were groups of people drinking and partying late into the evening. “The check-in staff & breakfast staff were excellent. The facility needs updating. The cleaning staff did a POOR job with cleaning our rooms and there were plates of old food sitting by the elevator for over 24 hours. I am glad we packed out own towels, because all the towels had hair on them”

“If you need a microwave and/or refrigerator, you have to request them the morning of your check-in, as not all rooms have them. Breakfast is continental so was just bagels, muffins, coffee and juice and some corn flakes with milk. They were out of Raisin Bran. The breakfast was as advertised: Continental !”

“I always had phobia about ground floor. I complained and was not given a fair hearing. I didn't enjoy my stay there. I paid around $576 which i regretted. The staff on night shift the day I left was very helpful. I believe she would have listened to me when I made my complaint about ground floor”
