“Everything we needed was in this location. Check in was smooth. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable”

“Our room toilet was sluggish, then was completely clogged. I talked to Noah, the front-office staff, asking for it to be unclogged while we are out. When we returned 4 or 5 hours later, no work had been done. When I talked again with Noah, he said there was "no mechanic" working today (a Sunday). I asked for a different room. It took 3 hours for him to get us another room. Also, the motel was basically for transients and drug addicts.”

“Clean hotel, fast elevators, friendly and helpful staff. Parking is a little ways away, but absolutely worth it if you're driving.”

“The rooms were old & the bathroom had nothing but burned marks everywhere & the room smelled like a bunch of cats were living in the room & a old hotel room was used for a breakfast room nothing like the ad said on the website very disappointed & was a total waste of money & the trip wasn’t worth it in any way”

“Shopping was okay. Furniture was torn. Outlet didn't have no protection. That's a safety has it.”

“Painted in bright colors. Lobby organized. Although I booked the room for 2 people, the king bed had 2 standard flat pillows and there was one set of towels. The deadbolt was very loose and needed to be repaired. No elevator, long stair case (a by product of the old building) There were also bugs in the bed. The Google said they were carpet beetles and sometimes bit people. How can anyone stay there with bugs in the beds?”

“The property was clean. However my key card never worked!! I had to go to the lobby to have them reset my key several times. I will personally never stay at this hotel again”

“Likely my last stay at this hotel I’ve been staying at for years to attend Fasig Tipton Two Year Old Sale. Some corporate genius decided it would be a good idea to hire a third party to rent the parking lot the hotel owns. Now when you check in one is required to give their information to a third party so they can clip you for $10 a day. Within the limits of a major metropolitan area ok, Hunt Valley? Get outa here. It’s not the $10 it’s the Nickel and Dime crap that makes travel miserable. The...

“Room was very dirty, sheets on the bed were dirty and stained, towels had dirty spots on them. Bathtub was discussed, light in the bathroom was broken with exposed wires. Room didn't smell good. I will never stay there again.”

“The room could have been cleaned better but the main problem is the plumbing the tub nor sink drained properly. It’s you just need a place to sleep it gets the job done.”
