“The room was clean, although the trim needed painting. Staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was normal motel buffet: waffles, pastries, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, hash browns, pastries, cereals, juices. They made sure everything was full/fresh. Parking lot was clean and safe.”

“airport shuttle was so convenient. The hotel was very clean, large rooms beautifully decorated and very comfy bed and pillows. Staff were friendly. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Room looked clean but I wish they would change the shower curtains because although it looked clean & looked like it's been washed, it smelled bad. The sink drain was leaking. Pull out chair had crumbs. it was kind of inconvenient to be on the top floor and the closest elevator to your room is broken”

“It was pet friendly which I loved but once I got there my king bedroom was switched to a double bed because that room wasn’t equivalent with having pets in it. The room I got switched too wall was dirty. And Once got in the shower the faucet came completely off with water shooting out of it. Making me had to shower when I got all the way back home to Virginia… I know renovation was going on but I didn’t expect to be placed directly by a room that was being renovated…”

“We did not have Internet during our stay so we could not watch TV in the evening once we came back to the room and we had to use our own Wi-Fi gigs I did contact them through the channels I was told to and nobody ever got back with us We were told that there was breakfast but we didn't see anything overall the location is good and the place was clean but it would've been nice to have the Wi-Fi that's part of the package You can hear people in the hall and other rooms t the wall seem very thin”

“Everything was clean, staff nice and professional. The only complaint I have is that for some strange reason the smoke detector went off even though there was nothing around to cause it to go off. Scared the crap out of me and my sister. The fire department even showed up. Not sure what caused it but made me slightly nervous. The other problem I had was that a coach roach crawled across my foot in the bathroom, and lets be honest those things are super creepy,even once I killed the little guy....
