Hotell nära Greenville Hospital

“Beds were not as comfortable as used to in a hotel. Second day we had no service to our room. Did not get to room until quite late (Saturday evening when rates are the highest) and was shocked towels etc were not replaced - very disappointing If they were truly short staffed how long would it have taken them to enter rooms to at least give us clean towels!!??? Breakfast was good. Coffee great.”

“I stay there one week never change my bedding . Put the same sheets on the bed. The breakfast was great, they had some sort of activity going on every night, that was nice.”

“Room was clean and well appointed. Always a great stay!”

“Very bad service. Got a very noisy room on the short end facing the freeway. Asked about possibilities to switch room, guided to come back after checkout 3pm. Returned and got a new message to come back after cleaning at 5pm, returned and was told there are other rooms available but they could not give me one just now because the system could not show how many was cleaned. Changing people all the time not communicating between each others. Gave up even though I knew they had many rooms...

“Staff was great, proximity to the golf course was awesome. Unfortunately there were roaches in the room”

“Very clean and all were very helpful and professional. Especially Ms Chantella.”

“Very good”

“Good”

“The staff was professional, and the hotel was clean and conveniently located near downtown Greenville, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The only drawback was the scent in the lobby, which was a little strong for my taste. Overall, a great place to stay!”
