“This house is lovely, well stocked and comfortable. Beds were clean and very comfortable. The drive from the Richmond airport was super easy until about the last two twisty miles; if you are arriving after dark, study the map so you know what to expect. I loved that it was so close to Shenandoah National Park. We ate at the Blue Ridge Cafe in Ruskerville (recommend) then entered at the Swift Run entrance then drove south and came out just a couple miles from the house. Heads up to...

“This home is located in the most beautiful area of Virginia- the mountains are breathtaking. Teresa was wonderful, she was more than accommodating and very responsive to a power outage we experienced. It rained the whole weekend, but it didn’t put a damper on our trip. “We absolutely loved the Little Yellow House! Cozy with king size bed, they also have some blankets, a leash and food bowls for dogs! Good standard spices and plenty of utensils for cooking at the house. Short walk to the main street with plenty of cute shops and restaurants. It can get a little warm and the windows do not open, but there is a small fan. Overall a great stay and looking forward to coming back!”

“VRBO and the host double booked the place. After a long drive we arrived to a house full of guests who were already unpacked and very unhappy to see us. VRBO's "VRBO Care" would have had us moved from a 4 bedroom house to a hotel for one night, and then the remaining nights at a similar place nearby (but that we would need to find on our own). This was unacceptable so we asked for a full refund.”
