“We had booked 4 nights in a suite for 4 persons. It did not start so well. The room door was open when we arrived and it looked like someone had been in the beds. The toilet in our room was broken, the flush leaver was not attached. The room only had 2 towels despite being booked for 4. We were moved to a standard room that did not have the additional space we paid for. “GROSS pool and hot tub. There was very visible algae along the pool floor and hot tub sides. Dirty pool deck. Booked a king room with sleeper sofa. Room was very large. There was sadly hair on a bed pillow and clump on the bathroom floor. No shampoo in dispenser. Staff were friendly and there was ample parking. In spite of this, would NOT recommend.”

“I generally appreciate this property, having returned there a couple times. It is mostly up to snuff in terms of quality of maintenance. However, this time I was not the only one to notice that the hvac has a wide temperature range: it got too hot before it got too cold. My other complaints are minor: the bath tub bottom hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and was a bit scuzzy; the hair conditioner bottle hadn't been filled; and the toilet seat is too small for my large to average body size....
