“George was the perfect host. He drove us down to the ocean where the restaurants are located several times. There was a fruit salad waiting for us on the fridge when we arrived. He gave us grapes from his garden on another day. He gave us advice on getting around the area by bus and regaled us with stories about Greece and his past. ”

“House Olympia is an absolute gem of a home on a hill overlooking some spectacular views of the area. It is very close to Ancient Olympia, but even if you just want a nice place to enjoy rural Greece, House Olympia is a perfect spot. There is a full kitchen, very comfortable bed, very comfortable living room and formal dining area in addition to the kitchen breakfast area. Aggeliki is a warm and lovely host and a font of information about Ancient Olympia and the area. I cannot recommend this...

“Our host was polite & helpful. Let your host lead you to the location embedded within a quiet part of town. GPS was not useful at all!! Our room was CLEAN & NEW with decorative fireplace, Samsung TV, small refrigerator, hot water pot, Nespresso, & other. Parking is available but is accessed thru steep narrow streets. No large vehicles. Nissan Qashqai is largest vehicle that I would drive into the small parking lot. We drove a Dacia Jogger. ”

“We loved staying here. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but only a few minutes walk to nearby restaurants and the beachfront boardwalk. There is a small grocery store within a 1 minute walk, which was convenient. The bedroom is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The ammenties were plentifull, including a seat in the shower for the ladies to shave their legs. Air conditioners are in the living room and bedroom and kept the space very comfortable.
