"Väldigt fint hotell med mycket bra frukost. Vi bodde här endast en natt med frukost. Vi tog ett deluxe rum med havsutsikt. Rummet var fint renoverat och havsutsikten var bra trots att vi fick ett rum som var ganska långt in och lite mer på sidan. Rummen är ganska små och framförallt badrummet så hade man fått önska hade det varit bra med lite mer utrymme där. Servicen på hotellet är utmärkt och personalen mkt trevlig. Det enda vi kan bemärka på var småsaker såsom städning under säng. Jag berättade det för städerskan, så hon kunde försäkra sig om att det ordnas till nästa gäst. Jag är extremt pedant när det kommer till städning så på det stora hela var det mkt rent på rummet och i utrymmen på hotellet. Pooler: stora poolen nedtill är mkt full så jag rekommenderar att välja poolen och lägga våning 2 (om ni inte bara är vuxna för då finns det även en vuxenpool). "

Sadly, it’s often empty since it’s far from the main restaurant. - For the price per night, comparing to many other resort, it is priceworthy. Cons: - The lifeguards are overly strict. I made a small dive in the pool and was immediately whistled at — very uncomfortable. I wasn’t the only one who noticed; several guests felt the same. - The rooms and parts of the hotel feel outdated and in need of renovation. - Half board only includes the main buffet restaurant. Although the buffet is pretty good for being a buffet. Tips: - Rent a car if you want to explore! Avoid Hersonissos — we recommend Piskopiano instead. If you’re traveling with kids, visit Acqua Water Park (5 mins away). For a great beach nearby, go to Potamos. Summary: A good stay overall, but the standard doesn’t match what you’d expect from a 5-star resort. "

"This was under all expectations. The service is seriously terrible. It hurts to say, especially with an all inclusive 5-star hotel where you depend a lot on the staff and expect good treatment. Many of them are rude, slow, unexperienced and it just gives off an unserious vibe. You have to compensate yourself for their lack of interest. The waitors, bartenders and lobby staff are just not good enough. It is just so, so slow. Their a la carte restaurant was low low level (the only positive there was the asian waitress who was very nice and tried her best to give us a good dinner. You could tell she cared for the guest, it was good to see). The view and beach was nice. The room was clean, although poorly isolated. There is a smell of sewers throughout the whole hotel, it sort of comes and goes. You get almost no info about the hotel at arrival, they expect you to download their app and learn everything yourself. For the price, you expect a lot better service. Also, they were out of beach towels EVERY DAY, we had to reuse our towels several days. This is embarrasing for a hotel with this price and rating. Silcerely, we are dissapointed and do not recommend this place. "

"Snyggt, modernt, stort hotell. Stort plus till vattenlandet. Minus att man inte kunde boka in sig på restaurangerna som fanns på hotellet utan bara kunde äta på buffén. Alla restauranger var fullbokade. Kallt i poolerna den här tiden på året (april). Annars trivdes vi bra. "
