This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident occurring in the flat, and does not result in your credit card being debited or blocked.

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is shared accommodation! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. for disabled workers and nettoyage solidaire).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible until 10:00. If you require a late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 including VAT applies in both cases.
