“Convenient location”

“Very tired and run down unit, smells, demanding a $100 bond, clean bed, basically a bed for the night. Permanent renters noisy, smoking outside door & shouting till late. Close to tram in to town though.”

“Roomy”

“It was fine. The lady on check in super friendly.”

“The room didn't match the description and was quite poor, lacking the features described like sound proofing (there was a big gap under the door), cooking facilities and being small. It was also quite dark and basic, and pretty old. When I showed the reception staff the description of what I booked, they said it was wrong and I should call Expedia if I wanted help. I did and Expedia were very helpful and I ended up leaving to go elsewhere. Considering the reviews, I can only imagine the...

“The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.”

“Fina rum men ostädat!! Otrevlig personal dom hade inte ett service inriktat ben i kroppen! Ungefär 20 minuter in till stan med spårvagn. Hyfsad wi-fi.. Inte värt pengarna!”

“A nice room for the price paid, nothing terrible and nothing overly special. Staff friendly and attentive for the brief interactions we had. Happy hour in the bar a nice addition. Didn't eat there so can't rate the restaurant. Overall a solid 4/5.”

“Suggest Chang towel every day.”

“This is my second times to stay in Adina Pentridge, staffs are friendly and helpful. I like the room, bar and swimming pool which are clean and stylish.”

“This is my go to stay when travelling to Melbourne. Quiet, clean and convenient. Check in was easy and efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

“Room was great for 4 people but had a strange smell on entering the room . After a while you didn't notice it , but each time on entering you could smell it”

“We stayed for 10 nights and were very happy. The room was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. Daily housekeeping kept us up with everything we needed, everyone was very friendly. Only issue I would say with this hotel is that it needs more parking. We forgot to book parking and were fine parking in the 3 hour time limited car parking on the street which is free, but I feel like this will become increasingly unavailable as New Epping develops and gets busier.”
