“When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. Microwave light wouldn't...

“Staff made me wait in the rain for service. Sheets and pillow cases were very gross looking and stained, towels were not well-cleaned (I found hair in them) and there was hair in the shower. Overall the worst hotel experience I've had in Branson, even at that price point.”

“We seemed to be the only people staying at the property and it was very quiet. It’s located close to all of the things we wanted to do, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the mattress was uncomfortable, but overall staying at the property was a great experience. We definitely will be visiting again. ”

“This was a very nice resort! The rooms are clean and big. We loved the big fridge/freezer. The bed was so comfortable. They offer lots of activities even though we missed all of them because we were gone so much. They have a great game room. And they also have games outside. The pool and hot tub were clean. We loved it! ”
