“Excellent stay at this property. It's a family owned building with charming hosts Ferdinando and Valentino. The picture shown is the beautiful terrace where one sits for breakfast or to simply contemplate life. Spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable bed, everything you need. Close to Arezzo train station and within easy waking distance of the center of Arezzo, with many dining/shopping options. We had no trouble finding free street parking. Highly recommend this place!”

“This was our first ever stay in Italy, and it was such a good one. I cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts of this BnB are very kind, welcoming, flexible and we were able to communicate quite easily with them. The rooms are spacious enough and comfortable and the shared living room/terrace is so beautiful. I highly recommend getting the breakfast included! It was very generous and incredibly delicious. “Luogo molto rilassante immerso nella natura. Accoglienza fantastica, specie per la nostra cagnolina, che si è divertita un sacco giocando con i cani dei proprietari. I cani possono seguirvi in ogni lato della struttura, anche sotto l’ombrellone in piscina. Ottima colazione ricchissima che comprende anche dolci fatti in casa. Abbiamo cenato due volte in struttura ed era tutto buonissimo. Ci è sembrato di essere in famiglia. ”

“the place was easy to find, the rooms were celan and well fournished. the kitchen of our apartment was well equipped with a view on the winiard. there was a complimentary wine bottle in the room. the room did not have air condition but they provided a fan and it was perfect. the place is pet friendly and the swimming pool was refreshing with a great view. jennifer and steve are gracious hosts, they will do their best to accommodate any request, they are friendly and approachable. we have really...
