“First time staying here. Amazing staff, very clean. Amenities are above and beyond in my opinion. Swing set, fire pit on demand, courtesy kayaks and boats, short walk to the beach, rooms are cozy and beautiful. Comfortable bed. Everything made this stay very pleasurable. ”

“We were looking to get away to the beach for a few days with our dog and Pacific Dunes was a great fit. The bungalow was clean and comfortable, our dog was welcome and best of all, we loved that we were just steps from the ocean. The location was fantastic!”

“I read several bad reviews about this place, but my family and I had a great experience. I knew going into it that I booked a 2-star hotel, so I wasn’t expecting a luxury suite. Our one-bedroom room w/kitchen was very spacious - like a small apartment - had all the amenities I needed, was clean, and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool quite a bit. Don’t confuse old with dirty. “This is our go to spot , clean rooms, clean pool area , good breakfast and beach access. It does take a bit longer to get into the room but over all great. ”

“First got there hair in the bed garbage left in corners the beds were not comfortable at all. Windows dirty couldn’t see out. Breakfast was ok card keys wouldn’t always work kept going to front desk to change them. Probably won’t stay there again.”

“Well, there’s no pool it’s out of order and hot tub and that was kind of a bummer. Other than that they weren’t real friendly they were OK. The breakfast was very small but we enjoyed our stay anyway thank you.”

“The pool was really cold. The check out time posted differed from room (11 v 12). The breakfast was okay (clearly down sized due to economy). The walls were thin and guests were banging around until 4 am. It was okay, but not a place I’d return to based on experiences at other local hotels/motels that were better. A decent cheap stay.”

“Parking is clear and right in front. Well lit too. Turret Room has a full kitchen. Room was clean and has heated floors. There is a fireplace, as well as a fan. Quiet property. Bed was uber comfortable. Hot water is quick. Water pressure everywhere (but shower) was amazing. Very homey and well maintained. Good price and so nice. We will be back.”
