Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful, from front desk, to kitchen staff and cleaning staff. I was in town for a convention and the hotel was about 30 feet from the center, walk out of the hotel and into the convention center in about ten seconds, eliminating for me the need for rideshare.”

“We only had 1 bath towel in our room. I went down to front desk that night and requested another one. Guy said he would send some to us. Next morning no towels. I sent a chat thru Hilton app and called 30 minutes later. They said they would send someone. An hour later still no towel. “After a misunderstanding on my room being ready upon early check-in was resolved nearly 2 hours later, the rest of my stay was great. All staff that I encountered were super friendly and attentive to any needs. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but I expected more from 'Hilton.'
