The Residence Tunis

"I have been visiting The Residence Tunis for around 7 years and it is a hotel I always enjoy coming back to. The staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming and the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere that makes it feel almost like a second home. One of the highlights is definitely the breakfast, which is excellent — great quality, plenty of choice, and something I always look forward to when staying here. If there is one thing that needs improvement, it would be some renovation and refurbishment. After visiting for so many years, I have noticed that parts of the hotel are starting to feel a little worn and could use an update to fully match the luxury standard of the property. Despite this, The Residence Tunis remains a very special place to me. The warm atmosphere, wonderful staff and feeling of being at home are what keeps me coming back year after year."
Four Seasons Hotel Tunis

"I absolutely love Four Seasons Hotel Tunis and would happily recommend it. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and extremely well maintained, with excellent service, great facilities, and a very high overall standard. The staff are professional and attentive and everything from the rooms to the restaurants and pool areas feels luxurious. The main thing I would like to see improved is the reservation of sun loungers. Some guests leave personal belongings on loungers for long periods without actually using them, which can be frustrating and in my opinion, does not really fit the standard of a 5 star luxury hotel. A clearer policy around this would make the pool experience much better. The atmosphere is also quite different from some other luxury hotels in Tunisia. Four Seasons Tunis feels a little more like a high-end business hotel, polished, sophisticated, and professional, rather than warm and home-like. That being said, Four Seasons Tunis is still an exceptional hotel. The quality, service, comfort, and overall experience are excellent and I always enjoy staying here."
La Badira - Adults Only

"I have been visiting La Badira Hammamet for the past 6 years, usually once or twice a year, which probably says more than anything about how much I love this hotel. It remains one of my favorite places to stay in Tunisia. The staff are consistently warm, welcoming, professional and attentive. The atmosphere is beautiful, peaceful and luxurious. The food is excellent and generally of a very high standard. The only area where I feel there is some room for improvement is the breakfast. While the quality is good, the selection can feel a little limited and could benefit from more variety, especially for returning guests. Having visited regularly for 6 years, I have also noticed that certain areas are beginning to show some signs of wear. For a hotel of this level, I think it is important to maintain the same high standard throughout the property. Another thing I noticed during my most recent stay was guests “reserving” sun loungers/ beds by leaving a bag or another personal belonging on them, sometimes for long periods without actually using them. I travel frequently and stay at many 5 star hotels around the world and this is something I am not accustomed to seeing at hotels of this standard. In my opinion, this practice does not really belong in a luxury 5 star environment. I would love to see La Badira introduce a clearer policy regarding sun loungers so that they remain available for guests who are actually using them. But over all I’m still a big fan of this hotel."

"Boendet hade verkligen allt. Marinan låg nära och allt var lättillgängligt. Det uppfyllde alla de krav man kan ha för en avkopplande och bekväm semester. Personalen inom underhållning, kök, städning och reception var dessutom helt underbar, alltid vänlig, hjälpsam och professionell. De bidrog verkligen till att göra vistelsen extra minnesvärd."
