The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor, connected via an exterior staircase. Please be aware that there is no internal connecting door between the floors.
On the ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with 1 double sofabed and 1 double bed (160 cm), along with a shower and WC, and a cable TV. This room offers direct access to the terrace and to the swimming pool. It is important to note that when the number of occupants does not reach the maximum capacity, this independent ground floor bedroom will be unavailable for use, and in general, when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available.
The upper floor hosts the living and dining area, complete with a dining table and cable TV, with access to the balcony.
