“The house was perfect for extended family. Our nephew got engaged and we had many to feed at the celebration dinner. Kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of place settings and beautiful serving dishes. We so enjoyed the porches, pool, hot tub and beach! We rented a golf cart and that was so much fun to explore the island with!”

“This was our first time staying in Saint Simons but it will definitely not be our last. This was a quick impromptu extended weekend for me, my wife, my son, and our two small dogs. We were a little over a block from the beach and just a quick golf cart ride from town. Location was perfect. The place was exactly as described in nicely decorated. I wish there was a little bit more counter space in the kitchen for cooking but when you’re on vacation, how much cooking do you really do? ...

“The cottage was perfect for two friends traveling together. The location is great for walking, in a nice quiet night near the ferry dock and restaurants. I really liked the small town of St. Mary's. ”

“This is the kind of beach cottage I remember from childhood. Low-key, homey, and thoughtfully appointed, right down to novels by local authors. I could stay there for a month! The owner/manager lives downstairs and is pleasantly available if you need anything. You do have to get your suitcase up an exterior flight of steps, but he'll help you. You can see the ocean from the porch and walk to it in 2 minutes along a private boardwalk. ”

“I and some friends stayed here for a weekend and it is exactly as the pictures show. It’s a cozy apartment with plenty of room, all the amenities we needed, and very close to the beach. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes down a shaded side street - so convenient. It was clean with plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone. Our host, Ryan, was quick to respond to anything we needed and a breeze to work with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be back! :)”
