“If you like riding bikes, it's the ideal place to stay. There are plenty of trails near by and you can ride your bike to them. The apartment is comfortable and very quiet. The apartment is on the first floor with 3 steps getting to your front dóor. No stairs inside. Very nice neighborhood and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend for a very enjoyable vacation.”

“Easy Access to beach. Great value.”

“Pros- great location! Easy walk to the beach. Apartment is as described on the listing. Very clean. Cons- the rental does have a Keurig as listed but you need to bring your own pods. The master bedroom has a sliding door that is only covered with a light beige pull down blind that is see through. Doesn’t ever actually get very dark and people can see in.”

“The only reason, but a huge one, for the lower rating is the furniture. None of the sitting spaces were comfortable. The sofa was so small and hard and the 2 side chairs were so uncomfortable. We left a day early because the weather changed and we were going to have to stay inside. The prospect had us packing. ”

“I booked a unit as 2 adults, 1 child traveling with pets. Normally when you book with pets, any applicable fees are rolled into your total. On our drive to the unit, we received an email indicating that if we brought unregistered pets, we would incur a 500/day fee. I reached out to say that we had booked with pets and confirm we were all set. The owner then charged me an additional 330 pet fee. I wasn’t pleased at the unexpected expense but we had no choice at this point and paid it. We arrived...

“Overall, the pictures of the property matched the posting. The property owner provided an incorrect lockbox code to access the home and it was in a dark area where you have to walk on grass to access and the mosquitoes were horrendous. The local deli is not open on Saturdays nearby and I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking downtown from the property at night. Lastly, the bathroom sink was clogged, badly.”

“We have stayed at Bill’s beach bungalow once before and would definitely stay again. The unit was VERY clean and orderly when we checked in, as was previously. This unit is perfect for a long weekend and we enjoyed our time here. The location is primary reason we chose to stay a second time. Cross one little street and down a path to beach!”
