During migration season, whales can often be spotted directly from the property — a rare and genuinely memorable experience. One of the most unique parts of staying here is hearing the sea lions on the rocks below. When you stay at Ocean House, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as an "administrative fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property.
