“Room looks ok and beds were comfortable, but walls are paper thin, you could hear everything your neighbour's did and said. Found one alive small cockroach in bathroom and one lizard (lizard didn't bother me and I know they run into rooms really fast) but cockroach isn't ok. Refrigerator hadn't been cleaned. Breakfast was good and typical for what you get if breakfast is included.”

“There was no hot water in our room. We were told at the desk that the water needed to run for 10 minutes or more in order for it to become hot. Well, my wife ended up taking a shower for more than 10 minutes in for the entire time. It was cold and then I jumped in the shower after that in the whole shower was cold. So that would be our biggest complaint.”
