“The building, location & its history may make this hotel a ‘Legend’ but we were disappointed by our stay here. While the rooms are ‘luxurious’ (in a rather fussy way) the public areas are now looking rather bland, dated & past their best and lack any atmosphere. “I had high expectations for the Grand Hyatt Xi'an, but unfortunately our stay did not live up to its five-star reputation.
The hotel itself is beautiful and impressive in size, but that's where the "grand" experience ended for us. We booked two rooms, and the air conditioning in one of them did not work. We reported the problem, but it was never fixed during our stay.

Mycket trafik i Xi'an, så det tog en viss tid att ta sig till centrum, järnvägsstation m m. Frukostbuffén var storslagen och innehöll en mängd rätter.
