“Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain.”
“The beds when booking a 2 bed room are twins. We upgraded when my husband arrived and the beds were too small. I slept on the floor the last night as we got in late from Mt hua and had a 6am pick up. I needed sleep, so the floor it was. No time to change. Also, the pool closed for renovations. This is good as its an amazing pool and the reason I go there. Need bigger queen beds”
