“We had a great stay”

“Check-in was slow n the pool was cold despite the warm conditions but the staff was friendly and it’s a beautiful resort. I understand the bar area is not owned by the hotel but the options were limited and the staff was very slow to wait on you and the food took forever. For being at a resort I expected more options and faster service for food, checkin, and overall experience. ”

“Hotell med bra läge. Rent och fräscht överallt. Personalen mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Enda nackdelen vid bokning på Expedia är tillägg för frukost. När man kommer till restaurangen för att äta,får man först då besked om att det bara gäller continental frukost. Vill man ha av det varma så kostar det extra.”

“This was a nice hotel walking distance from the beach. Staff is super friendly. Both breakfast and bar food and drinks were delicious.”

“Esse hotel foi incrível!! Perto de tudo, e é o melhor hotel de Old San Juan. Lindo, restaurante bom, quartos lindos sem nenhum barulho ( pois meu sono é leve ), cama muito boa e confortável, nada a reclamar, vou voltar e pretendo ficar mais dias 2 noites não foram suficientes.”

“The hotel is great and the room is very spacious with fully kitchen. The hotel is very well located closed to everything, you can walk to the beach and other places or you can take Uber to visit other near attractions. My only concern about the room was that it had musty smell, so it needs more fresh air ventilation or a dehumidifier to prevent it. In general I had a fabulous 5 days stay!”

“The hotel was very close to the cruise port and to other attractions. It was also nice that the free hotel shuttle took us to old San Juan so it was like getting two vacations for the price of one. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable! Also- the free breakfast was not like a regular hotel free breakfast- it was actually delicious! Would definitely recommend a stay here - especially if cruising out of San Juan. ”

“Okay room size, quite comfortable bed, good shower, but man was that aircon noisy! It sounded like a jet plane was taking off, some sort of motor generator inside the wall in the room itself was powering the fan and that, unfortunately, brings down my overall rating of this hotel. The breakfast was mostly tasteless with the exception of the pineapple which was good, otherwise everything else available tasted of....nothing at all. Not overly impressed with this place, plus they add on 35 dollars...
