“Great hotel, location and staff. There was an issue with the water but they fixed it right away. Street parking right in front of the hotel, always found a spot. A little noisy from air conditioners outside and music from a nearby festival but I still give it 5 stars. ”

“Trevligt hotell med pool alldeles vid stranden. WiFi i receptionen. Restaurang och pub vid poolen. I området finns ingen shopping, endast en närbutik med det mesta man behöver. En ny restaurang (Feb 2016) har öppnats i närheten som är värd ett besök”

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“House was a great location. Just beautiful. However, the hammocks were old and rotting, would have loved to use them. Hot tub was not in a location that we felt comfortable using since it was by the driveway. My only other issue with the property is everything from the showers to the main toilet and all the ceiling fans were impossible to reach. Even my son at 6’ had trouble reaching. Definitely recommend longer chains and maybe a stool in the bathroom. ”

“We truly enjoyed our stay! Ricardo, Donna, Joseph, and the entire family were incredibly accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The views are absolutely stunning. While the steep driveway was a bit nerve-wracking at first, once you conquer that initial fear, it’s a breeze! You can tell the property was once a truly magnificent estate. “Okay room size, quite comfortable bed, good shower, but man was that aircon noisy! It sounded like a jet plane was taking off, some sort of motor generator inside the wall in the room itself was powering the fan and that, unfortunately, brings down my overall rating of this hotel. The breakfast was mostly tasteless with the exception of the pineapple which was good, otherwise everything else available tasted of....nothing at all. Not overly impressed with this place, plus they add on 35 dollars...

“The staff was very nice. I had expressed that my dad is disabled and we would’ve liked a first floor room. In fairness the hotel wrote back to say that the ADA room would’ve cost $70 more and my parents opted to pass on the extra cost. When they arrived, they were assigned to the THIRD FLOOR! With no elevator, I’m disappointed that they already had the information and still placed them on the top floor. They could have at least assigned them the second floor room. The young lady in reception was...
