“The only negative I can say about this hotel is that it’s understaffed so the check-in process was horrible as when we arrived at the hotel there was nobody at the front desk. So we have to wait in a half an hour before someone showed up☹️ Otherwise the location, the room and the view were gorgeous👍”

“ Room was clean and elevators were a plus, nice roof top area with shade, hot tubs, sitting areas and a view. The young lady (Arianna) at the front desk was amazing very friendly and helpful, from hotel it was a short walk to many eating places. If you like being in a historic area this is the place to be ”

“The hotel is so adorable. I love the room especially the design of the bathroom and shower. The staff was very accommodating held our bags until our room was ready and also kept us up to date on the progress. I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Next time I am in San Juan I will book another stay. ”

“Stayed here for 3 nights and it was great, absolutely no complaints at all. The staff at the desk were extremely nice, spoke English well, and were able to recommend me a few good spots. Room was on the smaller size, however I was alone and also gone most of the day anyways so it didn't matter. No complaints within the room and it was clean. No problems with noise. I would definitely stay here again!”
