Security Deposit Hold
A $300 security deposit hold is required 2 days before arrival.
• Airbnb travelers receive a secure link via the messaging portal
• VRBO/direct bookings are collected at booking
• Hold is released after checkout if no damage is reported
• VRBO/direct cancellations within the refund window incur a 3% fee
