Sportstugor i Guernsey Private Nature Reserve

“The people working there was nice, welcoming and helpful, but thats about the only positive quality it had. There was an A/C but it didnt work, power socket didnt work, not even a toilet seat.. it's R150 for a basic toilet seat it's not much to ask for in a room. There was a large amount of dust in the room, to a point you could feel it coming down from the roof while you were laying in bed. The place looks like it might have been nice 10 years ago but hasnt seen a day of maintanance in years....

“Absolutely amazing, only stayed one night whilst visiting family and the staff and family are lovely. Food is amazing and plenty of it. Had a hyena and a giraffe outside our rooms during the night!”

“Our family spent 4 nights at Rhino's Rest Villa, and it was, without a doubt, one of the most special experiences we have ever had. We would like to congratulate the entire team for the warmth, professionalism, and excellence in every detail. The accommodations are impeccable — extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully cared for. The food was simply wonderful, with special care taken to prepare delicious meals for the children as well. What truly made this experience unforgettable was the...

“Great lodge run by great people. Saw the big 5 in just one morning! The wildlife tours where exciting. The food was over the top!”

“The property is extremely hard to find because the Google map will not be able to get you there. The staff was not prepared for our arrival, as they already had anticipated that we would not be able to find it. Consequently, the restaurant had a menu but there were only two different cuts of steak. with one piece each. since there was nothing else we ate the steak, which was fine. Getting there, you will have to travel through some neighbourhoods that didn’t seem too safe to me.”

“Exceptional experience from start to finish. Where else can you start your day with a beautiful outdoor shower followed by a delicious breakfast in the garden including a visit by a giraffe just a few feet away? We would love to return back sometime soon.”
