Offering breathtaking views of both the stunning Moore River and the Indian Ocean, this charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom classic Australian beach house blends the character of a yester year with all the modern comforts you need for a relaxing getaway.

Set on a gently elevated block, the home invites you to switch off and unwind from the moment you arrive. Park the car for your entire stay if you like—everything you need is within easy walking distance, including the local store and café conveniently located at the bottom of the hill.

The expansive balcony provides plenty of space for the whole family to relax and soak up the scenery. After a day of swimming, kayaking, or exploring, come back to a cold drink and a family BBQ while taking in the river and ocean views. Drop-down shutters are also available to keep you comfortable in any weather.

Step inside to classic polished Jarrah floorboards flowing throughout the living areas and master bedroom—complete with its own water views. The open-plan family area features a well-equipped kitchen connected to the lounge and casual meals space, centred around a cosy wood-burning fire for winter stays. For the warmer months, a reverse-cycle split system ensures you stay cool and comfortable.
The mid-section of the home offers a double bedroom on one side and a third bedroom on the other. At the rear, you’ll find a separate laundry area, two compact bathrooms, and two WCs.

Start by walking along the Guilderton boardwalk and enjoy our spectacular beaches.
Take a towel and have a dip in the Moore River or the Indian Ocean.
Practice kayaking canoeing, splashing and playing in the water, windsurfing, boating, photography, bird watching, climbing, collecting sea shells, building sand castles, treasure hunts, beach volleyball, or simply comb the beach for free craft supplies.
Pack a hamper and spend the day or a balmy evening with good company at the gas fired free barbecues under the trees and enjoy the river mouth view. Mother nature is often in action and occasionally the mouth of the river sandbar opens to the sea.
Swing the clubs on one of the most picturesque 9 hole golf courses in WA. For family fun day out enjoy a game of mini golf.
Paddle, kayak or canoe up the Moore River
Test your sand board skills at the sand hills.
Enjoy majestic sunsets over the Indian ocean.
Hang out the rods for some serious beach or reef fishing or catch some Bream in the river
If you don't feel like cooking pop round to the Guilderton Country Club or the local Cafe / Restaurant down at the waterfront.
The newly established Moore River Brewing Co is also close by.
