I attempted to get in touch with maintenance as directed in the instructions, but did not receive a call back. I was able to successfully get in direct contact with the host who was able to get a technician to the unit at night. “Location is great. Host responsiveness is great. The condo is great. Unlike advertised and pictured though, there are 2 beds (one in each bedroom) and a sofa bed - not 3 beds (1 in one bedroom and 2 in the other bedroom) as stated and pictured. The number of beds was a deciding point for choosing this location, However, it worked out regardless and was a great weekend of beach relaxation.”

I think I got confused by the listing because usually when beach chair service is included it’s right across the street but we ended up not pursuing it because it was down the road. “Excellent side view of beach. Very spacious and clean. Only downfall, sectional does not open up as a sleeper so my girls had to sleep on different areas of the sofa which was fine for them but can be a little misleading for some. ”

“Our 2nd stay in this unit and will not be our last! It meets all your needs and we love the high-top seating; makes for great views of the water, dolphins and sunsets. The included beach chairs/umbrella are a plus for us, as we travel by car 12 hours so there’s less to pack! “The Emerald Isle was a construction site! The main pool was closed and a jack-hammer was constantly in use during the day. The arrival drop off area was partially blocked causing inconvenience and unnecessary delays. The second MORNING we were there the fire alarm was tested for almost two hours. The Saturday morning before we checked out the hot tub was out of service for over 24 hours. If the site manager would of notified us of the construction and offered a reschedule/cancel option we...

“Just had an amazing week with my family enjoying this spacious, week-equipped condo, and enjoying a magical view of the Gulf of Mexico. As my family is aging (!) the single drawback is the lack of an elevator. This is a quiet, beautiful, (nearly) perfect beach vacation spot. ”

“Parking was horrible! Construction crew had majority blocked off.. It was not easy unloading your vehicle for the stay!!Not enough supplies for duration for the stay, example toilet paper we only had two rolls (should be two rolls per bathroom)Only 1 trash bag.Glad we brought our own supplies to finish our stay! ”
