“Frukost”

“Den sämsta frukosten någonsin, av alla resmål jag besökt i världen. Gråa stekta hamburgare, ägg plättar så man kunde göra sin egen burgare. Mini yoghurt som var extrem söt, 4 våffeljärn och en smet automat, inget pålägg, inga grönsaker. Kaffet var det enda som fick godkänt ”

“The bathroom in my non-smoking room absolutely reeked of smoke, there was visible mold on the bathroom floor, the wifi was incredibly slow (probably because the network was supposed to be password protected, but wasn't), and the floor was filthy (walked barefoot across the room one time and the bottoms of my feet were completely black). The bed wasn't very comfortable either, but that didn't bother me as much as the other issues.”

“A cozy stay. Check in and out was easy. Host was responsive when requested and unseen otherwise (perfect for us). Loved the location. Very quiet neighborhood.Rental was clean and extremely well presented.10/10 stay.I do think that the two beds up top in the loft should become 1 king sized bed and a pull out sleeper sofa.”

“Our stay at this Vrbo was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great location with many things nearby to explore. Everything was as listed.”

“If you love the coast but are not as thrilled with living among the touristy CROWDS, this place is perfect for you! Near the beaches, near the trails, near the restaurants, near shopping.........it has it all PLUS the peace & quiet of a small neighborhood. It is so well appointed with everything I could possibly think of and more. I will DEFINITELY return. I stayed in early October and was pleasantly surprised at the less crowded beaches. This place has all sorts of surprises in a fenced-in...

“Great place. It was clean and perfect for my daughter and me. Everything as described and not far from Casino Beach. Will stay there again.”

“The house was pleasant, clean very well maintained. Very close to the boardwalk. Short drive. However, The outside was not inviting, ants, spiders and the furniture looked like no one has used it in years. Couldn't use the outside patio at all. We like to sit out and have our coffee in the nature. We were also NOT told there would be an additional person renting the garage space as a studio apartment, and was told there were certain items to help us so we didn’t have to pack them. There was...

“Would stay again”

“Great property and extreme bang for your buck value. Very spacious open living room concept and additional sleeping possibilities. Will definitely use again for next Pensacola vacation.”

“Overall, it was a good stay. This place could be excellent with a little tweaking. The property is super cute. The house was very clean and looked exactly as the pictures describe. The finishes in the house are nice and give it an elevated feel. We especially enjoyed the hot tub at night to wind down before bed and the screened in porches! We ate every meal on the patio. My husband and sons fished in the canal behind the house. There is a playground very close-by for the littles. Communication...

“Nice little place in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced in back yard.”

“House inside was as pictured. Outdoor space was very neglected. The pergola was infested with wasps, the string lights did not work, the "pool" was non-functional, the fire pit area had seating that was broken/dry rotted, the yard was very overgrown, there were no trash bins, no instructions for check out.”

“Upon arrival I was very disappointed with the property. The area does not fit the family friendly description and the yard was very overgrown the beds and the couch smelled like body odor and the house was not cleaned thoroughly. When I tried to contact the host they didn’t answer any of my calls or messages. If you are considering staying I would recommend against it”

“The house is beautiful, decorated very tastefully with a soft beach vibe, and very spacious for a party of 10 with luggage and coolers. Everthing was very clean. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive to all of my messages. Back yard is large and nice for pets. The location is perfect for visiting Pensacola, Navarre and even Destin. We drove to Destin and Miramar beach our first day, and maybe 40 minutes to Destin Fort Walton beach. The neighborhood was good for...
