“From the outside could see the apartment front door was badly in need of a paint job and the window blind had some broken slats. Walking inside found the apartment very clean, bug free, and furniture was very acceptable but the apartment toilet, sinks, trim work, etc. need replacing. Not a great paint job on the walls.
