“Tidewater has always been a favorite of ours. Until we had to walk 12 flight of stairs cause the elevator kept going out. So being on the 4th floor was a definite improvement. ”

“I really liked the Tidewater. It had all of the amenities of home. The elevators were a little slow but not bad. Right on the beach and walking distance to the pier. The condo itself(unit 2014) had plenty of space with the two bedrooms and their private baths. Plus a sofa sleeper and a bunk area. Also a third bath. The balcony had a lot of room as well. If we get a chance to go back, we will stay here again. ”

It was clean, well maintained, updated, and included everything we needed for our stay! The host was responsive and answered all of my questions and got all check in information to me promptly. “The property was amazing! The room was very clean and well stocked. The beds were phenomenal! Right on the beach with easy access to the ocean. The pool and hot tub was so nice. Ive seen some mixed reviews on Sterling and i took a chance and booked and am so glad i did! Definitely will be back there. And location was steller, .5 milea from Pier Park.,but still in the condo and even on the beach, it was quiet and peaceful! 5 Stars! ”
