“This place had a great location but was not clean at all. There were black hairs on everything… The towels had black hair stuck to them, the counters had black hair on them, there were black hairs on the floor, etc. The dishes looked like they had just been used and stuck back in the cabinets. There was mold on the shower curtains. The two twin beds were filthy. ”

“Would never stay here again bc of the elevators do not work. It’s a huge place with three half working elevators. The lines were ridiculous and we would end up walking 18 flights of stairs with five kids. It was a nightmare. The a/c consistently stayed on 76 the lowest was once 73. The room was nice but the whole condo needs better management and maintenance”

“This host has great communication. The room was as it was described. My only complaint was the clothes dryer. It was UNBEARABLY loud. Not normal dryer noise loud. I mean squealing, nails on a chalk board loud. I wish I could post a video, because I definitely have one. Since there is a quiet time for the hotel, which I appreciate, there was no way I could run it while we slept. We definitely couldn’t run it while we were relaxing in the room.
