“So much effort put into the inside of this beautiful place. So nice to be in a place that gives you water, snacks, coffee! The host was available for any questions and responded promptly. The description by Expedia was incorrect because it is a one bedroom not a two bedroom. This was not the host fault. The convenience, cleanliness, and beauty more than made up for only having one bedroom.”

“Perfect place to come and knock around downtown apalachicola! Can basically walk anywhere you would want to and a short drive to the beach. I recommend!”

“This rental was clean and very comfortable. Location was excellent with walking distance to everything in town. Walk in shower and very comfortable bed was welcomed during our fun 5 night stay. Host was attentive but not intrusive and the fully equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking up meals with the local fresh seafood. A very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.”

“Great loft unit in a historic building. Lots of stairs (21) but worth the hike. Everythingwe needed after a crazy week.”

“Small, cozy and just what I needed.”

“The host responded quickly and the room was very clean.”

“We had a great stay at this property! It was very clean and comfortable. The views of the bay from the dock out back were amazing. Had an excellent experience and would absolutely stay here again.”

“Overall great value. Beds and bedroom was clean but the entryway and bathroom were a bit dirty. Nothing that would keep me from staying here or recommending it. Host was easy to communicate with and process was smooth.”
