“For a suite, the sofa in the room should be usable. It was so hard, it felt like concrete. I ended up spending all my time sitting in the bed. Also, no lotion as an amenity.”

“The room was ok but its old and need of refurbish. The room was large and clean and the breakfast was great. Location was good.”

“Process for checking in and out is simple . Staff is great and know what they are doing; often go above and beyond when needed or asked.”

“Friendly staff, clean, lots of common spaces to sit, board games to play.”

“Great location, went during Towson University Homecoming, very busy and a lot of late night revelers.”

“Near everything--restaurants, stores. Great staff. My only complaint is with the TV. Very few channels and those that they did have, you couldn't get a signal to watch them.”

“It was a very nice hotel and the area was beautiful”

“I have stayed here before and it was good. This time, we had an issue with the blinds/curtains. They are on a motor and we, and the maintenance staff, could not get the blinds down. Our room faced the parking garage so the lights were brightly shining through the window. That made for a sleepless night. The maintenance guy reset the power and still couldnt get it to work. This was around 1 am and we just wanted to sleep. The Sheraton could do better.”

“Nice staff, clean & comfy.”

“I like that it was close to a lot of stores but the property itself was dirty, the showers had mold in it and the curtains was falling down…”

“VERY good hotel for a decent price. Friendly staff, spacious room, nice breakfast, clean & welcoming. Location is outside Baltimore but for us it was perfect. Our kids wanted a bigger pool but I (mom) liked it as it was :-)”

“Trevlig personal, stora rum för bra pris. Bra läge ”
