“The room was ok but its old and need of refurbish. The room was large and clean and the breakfast was great. Location was good.”

“I won’t recommend staying at this hotel because it’s not up to code rooms are smoked in and they have strong odor plus it’s a live in hotel you have all sorts of things going on it needs to be renovated and also sheets and blankets smell as if they haven’t been washed or replaced after clients leave. Not recommended pay the extra 30 dollars and have a better stay.”

“This hotel was one of the best in which I have stayed. Us three adults were very comfortable in the massively comfortable beds (even the trundle), and we had space in the room the move around and not bump into each other. Sleep in a hotel room is important, and it was quiet and dark enough to do just that. The mini fridge, the microwave, the iron, the ironing board, and the blow dryer were all used and worked and were a God-send to these under-packed travelers. Everything from the bedside lamp...

“I liked how the room was decorated and put together. There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand. Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one. I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like.”

“The staff was rude and when I requested creamer for the coffee during the breakfast time the staff refused. I also requested towels because housekeeping never cleaned room. I took the garbage out myself and was told by staff that we had the do not disturb sign on - which was a lie. The do not disturb sign layed on dresser the entire time. Then when I asked for towels they refused to give me any!!!!!!!!!!! We had to go to my sons to take a shower because we did not have towels!!!!!!!”

“The staff was great. Specifically, the front desk staff. However, the furniture in the living room/sitting area was filthy. The ottoman, sofa & chair appeared to be taken from the local trash or dump site. We refuse to sit on it. And the toilet barely flushed. I have photos if needed. I regret sending such a negative review but I felt it was imperative to do so.”

“Checked into room only to find out the plumbing at the hotel was being worked on and there was no water until later in our rooms. Once the water came on, it was brown until the next morning. Out relatives had to change rooms because their toilet was not working and the room smelled like sewage. I couldn't sleep in my bed because the broken bed frame was repaired by someone who never did carpentry ever before... There was three 2x4s in the center of the bed, causing the mattress to have a high...

“The staff was amazing at this location. I arrived a little bit early and Zach, at the front desk, did everything he could to get me in a room quickly. Every time I walked past the front desk everyone was extremely friendly. It is a slightly older hotel, but it is maintained well. My only constructive criticism would be the musty smell from the air conditioner. Otherwise, the room was clean and quiet. I would stay here again.”
