“It was too short!! only negative was the truck/vehicle passing by repeatedly. Its loud grinding sound awakened us each time it passed. Tho’ annoying, this is no reflection on this wonderful property n”

“The house was perfect! The location was a bit of a drive but the house had so much to do we barely left it. The pool, deck and backyard are huge! The pictures don’t do it justice. Andy, the host, was very responsive and flexible with check in and check out times which we greatly appreciated since family was traveling on different days and times. “The Magnolia House is an excellent property conveniently located to everything. Great neighborhood for walking, with many historical homes and Squares along the way. It’s far enough away from the crowds downtown and on River Street, but also close enough to drive, or walk. Free parking in front was a bonus because almost everywhere else you have to pay to park. “The house was very clean and perfect for my daughter and myself for a weekend getaway. Very easy to walk to the riverfront and restaurants. The furniture was comfortable and the a/c worked well. The carpet on the stairs has been replaced from what is shown in the pictures. We had a car and easily found parking on the street next to the house. The ParkSavannah app is a better option than using the parking meters. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.”

Amazing location and if you park across the street from the house it was free parking on that side. Plenty of space for my family and I. Pull out bed was very comfortable and house was nice a cool.
