“Self-catering accomodation. Quiet neighbourhood central in Chepstow. Very nice bathroom and shower, room clean but very tight, no place for luggage. Extremely steep and narrow stairs, not for those with mobility issues. ;) Nice little backyard, modern and equipped kitchen. Bed smelled weird (sour). Ok (apart from the smelly bed), but expensive for what you get.”

“We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3”

“What a fantastic B&B, free parking right behind if you are lucky. The accommodation was lovely, the rooms are brilliant, our room (right at the top) was boutique style with a nice big bath in the room, great views out of the windows. “I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. The beer was wonderful especially the Butty Bach (little friend in Welsh). ”
