“The service in the restaurant was really bad and not what one expect from a hotel such as ION. We told the hotel manager and they sharpen the service the following evening. ”
“We had a wonderful stay and got lucky being able to see the auroras at night! The space is indeed tiny but well thought out and we found it was enough space to be cozy and comfortable. Instructions on how to get to the lodge and how to take advantage of all the amenities were super clear. We were also very grateful for the laundry facilities. We enjoyed the sauna and views. Compared to other glass lodges around, this one is well priced for having a private sauna, hot tub and other amenities.”

“We really enjoyed the committment, service spirit and cuisine in this brand new design hotel. We arrived just some days after opening and there are of course a few things still to be accomplished. But thanks to the housting couple Anna and Olaf and their team a warm and open atmosphere is already prevailing in this unique building. We hope to revisit the place some day.”
